Non-GMO, non-hybrid, open-pollinated, no chemically treated, heirloom seeds. Zinnia – California Giants Mix is an easy-to-grow hardy plant with attractive large flowers. It can be grown as a companion plant to attract bees and other beneficial insects into your vegetable garden, but also on its own, in clusters, rows, and pots. Zinnia flowers are edible and even though the taste can be a little bitter, the flower petals make a beautiful decoration on cakes, salads, and other dishes.

Planting and growing tips: Start the seeds in trays or sow directly into their final place. Zinnia is super easy to start from a seed. It loves full sun and moderate watering, however, the better the soil, the quicker and better it will grow. It doesn’t like to sit in water so a well-drained position is best. It can be grown in a pot, too.
